How to send an inquiry from our website?
Option 1: Simply send us the SKU# of the product you're interested in.
Option 2: Use the inquiry list feature:
Hover your mouse over a product.
1, Click the heart icon that appears (labeled "Add to Inquiry List").
2, Click the link again to view your Inquiry List.
3, At the bottom of your list, click the email icon under "Share On" to send the list directly.

- Gloves:
- MOQ: 1,000 pairs/pcs per style per color, and 2000prs/pcs per order.
- Sizes: This quantity can cover up to 2 sizes without extra charge.
- Additional Sizes: Orders requiring more than 2 sizes will incur a Knife Mold Fee.
- Knife Mold Fee: USD50.00 to 100.00 per additional size, depending on the complexity of the glove design.
- Knit Beanies & Baseball Caps:
- MOQ: 1,000 pieces per style per color, and 3000prs/pcs per order.
- Accessories (Bandanas, Neckwarmers, Headbands, Balaclavas, etc.):
- MOQ: 500 pieces per style, and 2000prs/pcs per order.
These MOQ quantities help us maintain quality control and production efficiency. For mixed styles/colors orders, we can discuss flexible solutions to meet your needs.
Small Order Surcharges:
- Low Order Value Fee: If the total value of a single shipment order is below 3,000USD, a Small Order Fee of USD200 will be applied. This fee covers associated logistics costs such as local delivery, warehouse receiving fees, customs clearance documentation, and port handling charges.
- Potential Dyeing Fees: Small quantity orders may also be subject to Dyeing Fees. The cost of these fees varies significantly depending on the specific fabric type and composition required.

I. Development Samples (Proto Samples)
- Free samples may be provided for small quantities (typically ≤3-5 pcs) at our discretion.
- Clients shall bear customization costs related to sample development, including but not limited to:
- Dyeing fees
- Printing plate charges
- Special material procurement
- Domestic shipping: Free of charge
- International shipping:
- Paid by client via advance payment, OR
- Shipped via collect (freight collect) service
II. Salesman Samples
- Sample fee = 2 × order unit price
- Refund policy:
- 50% sample fee credit if bulk order reaches 3,000 pcs/pairs
- Credit will be offset against final invoice
Where do the products on our website come from?
- Source of Products: These photographed products represent styles we have either developed ourselves or created specifically for our clients ("client-developed samples").
- Client-Developed Samples:
- First Year: If a client-developed sample receives an order within its first year of creation, we do not display it on our public website during that time.
- After First Year/No Orders: If a client-developed sample does not receive an order within the first year, we may selectively feature some of these styles in our product portfolio to showcase our capabilities and offer inspiration to other potential clients.
- Your Control: If you are a client and prefer that a specific sample developed for you is not displayed on our website, please contact us at any time. We respect your preferences and will promptly remove the relevant images upon your request.
